Indoors 

You enter the property through a very large hall where you will find a lift for access to either the basement or the first floor. The hall opens up onto a spacious living area and dining room and the doors open to the exterior terrace with wonderful views over the pool area and garden.
The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, with ensuite bathroom equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is also a spacious living room with lazer cable TV and gas fireplace, the dining area with a table for 12 guests, a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with centre island. There is also an office at this level. 
On the first floor, you will find 4 ensuite bedrooms and all are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
On the basement level, there is a gym with doors that opens up to a small living area outside having a bathroom with shower.
The annex has a kitchenette, a bed, a small bathroom with shower, TV lazer cable, cinema room, laundry and garage with access to the lift.


Outdoors​ 

The beautiful lake type swimming pool is shallow end all around and deep end in the middle, of approximately 20 meters length x 8 meters wide. Sun loungers placed by the pool allow guests to take rest. Down by the pool there is a jacuzzi with sofa area with fireplace where guest will be able to relax on the large sofa. The terraces along the villa are fully equipped with exterior kitchen, a dining table for 12 people and another one with extra table for 6 people to enjoy their barbecue. There is also a fish pond at the back of the villa and kids will surely love it. The property is all fenced with a 2.50 meters high wall and has electric gates for access. 


Location

The location is just off Quinta do Lago Estate and a few minutes drive to the Quinta do Lago beach on a very safe area just around the corner of IBC security office.
