Indoors
Fully restored to the highest standards, the house has retained its old Tuscan charm with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, frescoes and many small shady rose-covered patios. You will find all modern comforts in an elegant and rustic setting.
Common areas include a TV lounge, a living room, a typical Tuscan kitchen, a large dining room and a winter garden.
The villa offers a brand new wifi System (150MB +). It is available indoor and outdoor (even in the swimming pools).
Outdoors
At the front of the house you can enjoy the garden with its large lawn and swimming pool (16x8mx1,8m) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The swimming pool can be lit at night.
On the sides of the house you will find the original Tuscan stone patios, which are equipped with chairs and beach umbrellas to allow you to share a lunch or an aperitif while being protected from the sun.
The property also offers access to a car park and a chapel, as well as a shared tennis, football and volleyball court (shared).
Staff & Services
The price includes: daily chef service for breakfast and one meal (lunch or dinner) 6 days a week (rest day on Wednesday), daily maid service (mornings, 6 days a week - rest day on Sunday), concierge service (in the morning, 6 days a week - rest day on Sunday), concierge service, electricity consumption for air conditioning/heating (up to 1000 KW - above this amount guests will be charged according to usage), water and gas consumption, linen replacement (Saturday and Wednesday), garden and pool maintenance.

The Villa is located in Vorno in the area of Lucca. The village and restaurants are within walking distance of the house.
