From the moment you enter, the villa welcomes you into its bright, open, communal living spaces. The spacious living and dining room, decorated with striking antique furniture, opens onto the main terrace, creating a harmonious continuity between indoors and outdoors. The well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor is ideal for preparing succulent meals inspired by local flavours. The interior exudes timeless elegance, blending traditional elements with contemporary touches to create a warm yet refined ambience, perfect for relaxing and gathering with family or friends.

Walking through the garden, adjacent to the house you will discover Villa Sala Baganza’s real surprise: the picturesque swimming pool. An 18-meter infinity edge pool facing the badlands with an outdoor hot shower provided for by the energy-efficient paneling system of the house.
The panoramic infinity pool (18 x 6m) is the most charming spot from which to appreciate sunsets enveloped by the beauty of the hills and the positive energy of nature.
An exquisite place in which to let oneself be caressed by the summer breeze.


Location

The environs of Villa Sala Baganza have a lot to offer too. The house, with its heavenly ambience, is only apparently distant from everything and indeed as close to it all as can be. A few minutes’ drive is enough to encounter the exciting walking and cycling trails as well as the numerous golf courses and spas. You will be able to visit Parma’s monuments and cathedrals, the ancient castles of the area, other fascinating cities of art and also the most important producers of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Parma Ham from whom you will have a chance to buy our local products.
