Indoors

With refreshingly modern, minimal furnishings, floor-to-ceiling openings inviting the outside in, and well-calculated, atmospheric lighting throughout, the house is a perfect blend of place and space, tailor-made for unforgettable, stress-free holidays with friends and family.
The villa, which has facilities for people with disabilities, offers 10 ensuite furnished bedrooms (8 x 20 sqm each), where guests can relax comfortably, all with either sea views or garden views. 
The 8 double beds can be configured as zip and link (1 is suitable for disabled access including a wet room) and the 40 sqm king suite has two bedrooms and a private terrace.
The villa has a huge 200 sqm outdoor kitchen with cutting-edge facilities and equipment, that can keep up with the demands of large-scale catering. This state-of-the-art kitchen also features a big dining table for 25 guests and a separate breakfast area and may double as an informal living room.
A laundry room is available for guest.

Note: there is no indoor kitchen.


Outdoors

The terrace with sunbeds is perfect for sitting and relaxing. The extensive outdoor BBQ area with a Napoleon grill that tempts the culinarian in your company.
The large, well-tended lawns are the perfect spot for entertaining, with ample space for setting up tables and chairs under the starry sky.
The villa has a secured parking for up to 12 cars.
Paddleboards, canoes, water toys are also available.


Location 

The villa is only few minutes drive away from Greece’s most famous Spa Town and Casino.
Situated in front of a secluded beach, it is a perfect place for practising water sports like Sup or Canoe all day long.
