Indoors 

The villa is distinguished by its elegant, open-plan interiors, where traditional Cycladic décor meets modern comforts. The living and dining areas are designed to accommodate up to eight people, with a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation. The living areas are bathed in natural light thanks to large windows opening onto the terrace. The simple yet refined décor incorporates natural elements and soothing hues, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.


Outdoors 

With over 4,000 m² of grounds, the villa's exterior is a haven of peace. A vast 150 m² waxed concrete main terrace has been laid out for al fresco dining, with a table for eight, deckchairs and hammocks, coffee tables and poufs.
3 bedrooms also have their own private terrace or balcony.
The gardens are beautifully landscaped with oleanders, bougainvillea, lavender and rosemary, creating an enchanting setting for relaxation.
Just a 2-5 minute walk away are the sheltered beaches of Kouri, Naoussa and Zogaki, perfect for days of swimming and lounging.
3 to 4 vehicles can be parked in the villa car park.

Maria and her husband, both residents of Kythnos, guarantee a warm welcome and excellent service. They will be on hand to welcome you on arrival and ensure a hassle-free check-in, whether at the port or directly at the villa. For a stay of 4 nights or more, you can take advantage of a cleaning service and a change of sheets and towels, as well as the supply of essential toiletries. Your comfort is their priority, so you can concentrate on relaxing and enjoying your stay.


Location

Ideally situated on the east coast of Kythnos, the villa is easily accessible by car. The charming village of Dryopida, just 6 km away, offers a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, while Messaria (Chora), the island's capital, is 7 km away. For your shipping needs, the port of Merichas is just 12 km away. This location allows you to make the most of the island while enjoying the tranquillity and natural beauty of the surrounding area.
