Indoors 

Inside, a large open-plan kitchen with practical appliances and extensive work surfaces adjoins a dining area and a living room with a TV centered around an eco-friendly fireplace. The villa embraces an open living concept with a well-equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining areas that maximize the villa's natural light through large windows to the north and south.


Outdoors 

The villa's outdoor space is truly a haven of peace. Relax in the infinity pool (10 x 5m, Depth 1.6m), which can be heated, or on the sun loungers and mattresses by the pool, while the spacious indoor and outdoor areas are within easy reach. An outdoor dining room shaded by a pergola includes seating and sofas set amidst a garden, landscaped with shrubs, flowers, and native trees. A charcoal barbecue is available for grilling fresh fish or meat from nearby merchants and artisan shops.


Location

Situated on the lower part of the hill overlooking the Bay of Kissamos, the villa is 2 km from the town of Kissamos, 500 meters from the nearest shop, 1 km from the beach, and a 25-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania. The airport is 60 km away, and other villages, beaches, and attractions are easily accessible by car.
