The chalet is spread over three levels, carefully designed to combine comfort and elegance. At its heart, the spacious first-floor lounge welcomes you with its high ceilings and large windows, flooding the room with natural light and offering spectacular views. The living room features a modern fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings with family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing comforting meals, while the cosy TV area invites you to enjoy memorable film evenings. The chalet has four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort to all guests. A bedroom with bunk beds and an additional bathroom complete this space dedicated to conviviality and well-being. Each room is carefully decorated with refined touches, soft linens and quality toiletries, offering a luxurious experience on every level.

Outside, the chalet unveils a picturesque terrace where you can relax while admiring the alpine panoramas. The wooden Nordic hot tub is an exclusive place to relax, while the large private garden provides the perfect playground for children to have snowball fights and build snowmen. The close proximity to nature means you can enjoy the splendours of every season, whether it's a magical winter or a verdant summer.

The chalet enjoys an exceptional location, just a short drive from the village of Saint-Gervais. The village is famous for its 19th and early 20th century architecture, gourmet restaurants, soothing thermal baths, skating rink and swimming pool, not to mention its charming shops where you can sample local specialities. Thanks to its central location, Saint-Gervais offers easy access to the Mont Blanc region's prestigious ski resorts, such as Megève, Les Contamines Montjoie, Combloux, Chamonix and Les Houches. Ski enthusiasts will love the chance to explore a different resort every day, with Megève just 15 minutes away and Chamonix, renowned for its shops, a 30-minute drive away.
