Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 3 single beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace.


Indoors 

The villa is laid out as follows:

Day area on the ground floor:

• Large living room with modern furniture bathed in light thanks to its large picture windows overlooking the terrace and swimming pool. The lounge has 2 sofas, coffee tables and a flat-screen TV.
• Beautiful, open, fully-equipped kitchen: central island with stand-up table, dishwasher, fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
• Back kitchen with ice machine and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron.
   

Sleeping area:

• Lower level:
  • A suite with private terrace fitted with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with dressing room and en-suite shower room. Separate WC.
  • A spacious bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, shower room and WC.
  • One bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Shower room and WC.
     
• Ground floor: 
  • Large, light-filled master suite with bay window, fitted with king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), dressing room, private bathroom. Separate WC.

Outdoors 

Outside there is :

• A private swimming pool, heated all year round, 11 m x 6m x 1.50 m deep. The pool is protected by an automatic sliding curtain.
• An outdoor shower. 
• A 2,500 m² garden with trees, enclosed and private.
• Two wooden terraces facing the sea with sun loungers around the pool. A terrace with summer kitchen, plancha and sink. A terrace with garden furniture. A downstairs terrace linked to the master suite.

You can try your hand at a wide range of water sports and coastal activities, such as paddling, boating, sailing and buoyancy. If you're looking for something more adventurous, you can go paragliding just 1 km away or explore the seabed at one of the many diving sites on the golf course. After a day on the beach, take a diversion to the shops and enjoy the night markets, restaurants and atmospheric bars that this corner of Corsica has to offer! Local markets on Tuesdays and Fridays nearby.
