Note: 3 bedrooms are located in the main house. The 4th is in the studio, with independent access, kitchenette, terrace and lounge.


Indoors 

The interiors are designed to combine comfort, elegance and practicality. The main lounge, bathed in natural light thanks to the large picture windows, offers a splendid view over the lagoon. The careful decoration in neutral and natural tones creates a soothing and refined atmosphere. The lounge has a large sofa, comfortable armchairs and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for up to 8 people and has all the modern appliances you need, including a microwave, espresso machine, toaster, blender and dishwasher. There is also a wine cellar. This open-plan living space is an invitation to get together and share, whether for meals with family or friends.


Outdoors 

The vast wooden terrace, with its breathtaking panoramic views over the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, is elegantly laid out. There's a heated swimming pool (3 x 6 m), perfect for cooling off while admiring the scenery. Four comfortable sun loungers await you for relaxing moments under the Caribbean sun. The terrace also features an outdoor lounge and dining area, where you can enjoy al fresco dining with the sea breeze for company. 


Staff & Services

Villa rental includes a housekeeper (every day except Sundays and public holidays), garden and pool maintenance, linen and towels.


Location

Ideally located in Grand Cul de Sac, Villa Essenia enjoys a privileged position on the island of Saint-Barthélemy. Less than three minutes' walk from the beach, you can enjoy water sports such as fishing, paddle boarding and swimming with the turtles. Jet ski hire is also available less than 500 metres from the villa.
For your convenience, a supermarket is just a 9-minute drive away, while the island's restaurants and luxury hotels are just 10 minutes away. The villa is also just 17 minutes from the capital, Gustavia, renowned for its chic boutiques and lively nightlife. The airport is just 14 minutes away, making it easy to get around.
