This private luxury villa is nestled on the East coast of Praslin. Situated near the Anse Gouvernement beach, among the mythical Seychelles granite blocks, this sumptuous property of 5,300 square metres is an oasis of peace and serenity.
The villa has five bedrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms and a beautiful pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Two separate bedrooms each have their own small private infinity pool. The villa is ideal for larger families or groups of friends up to 10 adults and 2 children.
Everything you need is available. Staff and chef will discuss daily with you to create the menu (breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price). The villa has a wine cellar. Yoga sessions can be organised, privileged access to the spa of the famous Raffles Hotel can also be arranged. You may want to play a round of golf on the famous course of the Constance Lemuria Resort.

Free wifi is available in the villa.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner and soft drinks are included. The chef and staff discuss the menus every day with customers and prepare them according to their needs (special ingredients are charged extra: caviar, lobster, etc.).
Snorkeling equipment available. Free kayaks, pedal boats and a paddleboard available.
A private 36 foot speedboat is available for rental with skipper (payable locally : 800€ for one half day and 1200€ for one full day)
Security: An automatic gate is used to secure the surroundings. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with an alarm system covering the living areas and all rooms have an individual safe.

manque de transats et parasols sur la plage
une petite salle de sport serait la bienvenue
la qualité des repas laisse à désirer
aliments de catégorie 1er prix, petit déjeuner pas assez qualitatif
pas assez de fruits à disposition
revoir également la sécurité de la maison( nous en avons subi les conséquences )
faire un traitement régulier pour les scolopendres (un ami a été mordu le 2éme jour de notre arrivée )
