Notes:
- The third bedroom is often used as an office (equipped with a large desk, convertible sofa bed and en-suite bathroom).
- Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located in a separate building and share a bathroom.
- All bedrooms, with the exception of one in the separate building, are air-conditioned.
Indoors
Built in 2019, this residence combines the charm of traditional Moroccan antiques with contemporary modernity, creating an elegant and authentic atmosphere. Each room is decorated with great care, skilfully blending Moroccan antiques with contemporary touches to create a setting that is both chic and authentic.
The bedrooms are elegantly furnished and offer lovely views, particularly of the swimming pool and stables.
Outdoors
As soon as you arrive, a long stone path leads you into a formal Andalusian-style garden, immediately immersing you in elegance and calm.
Covering almost a hectare, the property is dotted with olive and citrus trees, creating a serene, verdant atmosphere.
You can enjoy the various terraces and the swimming pool (15 x 5 m - Depth: 0.3 to 1.7 m).
The stables, adjacent to the house, house horses and add a unique dimension to the property.
Staff & Services
During your stay, you will enjoy the attentive service of the dedicated staff. A housekeeper is on hand every day to clean and prepare breakfast.
The caretaker/gardener ensures the security and smooth running of the property.
The stables are run by a professional groom, who ensures that the horses are well looked after.
Two friendly guard dogs are also present on the property and can be kennelled during the day for your convenience.

The villa is ideally located at the gateway to the Agafay desert, just 17 kilometres from Marrakech on the road to Amizmiz. This unique location offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to the hustle and bustle of the red city. Just 20 minutes from Marrakech airport, the house is easily accessible yet offers total immersion in the tranquillity and natural beauty of the desert. Its proximity to Marrakech also allows you to enjoy the many historical, cultural and gastronomic sites the city has to offer.
Note: Because there is two big dogs and the pool is not fenced, the villa do not accept children under ten.
