The house has 5 beautiful suites ranging in size from 34 to 72 m². The décor, which combines original works of art and Moroccan furniture, is enchanting in its authenticity, while the modern amenities ensure optimum comfort.

Indoors 

With its vast volumes and impressive high ceilings, every space in the villa, whether communal or private, expresses harmony and comfort. 
Each room has been carefully decorated with original works of art and exquisite furnishings, revealing a refined taste for aesthetics. 
There are four distinct lounges: the main lounge, a panoramic lounge offering spectacular views, a Moroccan lounge equipped with a home cinema, and an African lounge, each with its own unique touch.
The property is completely self-sufficient in energy and water, reflecting the owners' commitment to preserving local resources.


Outdoors 

Surrounded by a two-hectare estate, the villa benefits from an extremely pleasant environment. The estate includes many argan trees, typical of this region, and uses only local, water-efficient species in order to respect the precious surrounding nature. At the heart of this setting is a magnificent heated swimming pool (16 x 6 m - depth: 0.3 to 1.5 m), accompanied by a vast terrace of almost 1,000 m² housing a hammam, a gym and a massage and beauty area. There are also two outdoor lounges and a shaded dining room for relaxing in the open air. Walks through the grounds reveal an ornamental water lily pond, a putting green, a petanque court, and various surprises such as turtles and hedgehogs. The experience continues both day and night, with wonderfully appointed sitting areas where you can gaze up at the starry sky.
You will also be able to use the tennis court from 15 April 2025.


Staff & Services

The soul of the house also lies in the unrivalled attention of its staff. Welcomed by a team dedicated to your comfort, you can count on the services of a housekeeper, cook and caretaker. To complete your stay, additional services are available on request, including hammam treatments, beauty treatments and childcare. 

Breakfast is included in the price.
For your other meals, 2 catering options are available (Use of the kitchen and its equipment is reserved for house staff.):

• A la carte’ option:
  You don't have to worry about the shopping involved in preparing them, the house takes care of that. You simply pay the price of the meal, as you would in a restaurant.
  • Lunch: from 22 euros per person (starter, main course, dessert, drinks not included),
  • Dinner: from €27 per person (starter, main course, dessert, drinks not included),
  • Children under 10: 50% discount. 
  • Free for children under 3.
     
• En liberté’ option: You pay the price of the groceries (and a €25 supplement for the journey). The house staff do the shopping and cook simple recipes with the ingredients you buy.
